today rawks. i must say it kinda overlooked the fact that prelims are a staggering 3 weeks away. yes 3 weeks. in 3 weeks time i shall embark on a lone campaign to outwit, outplay and outlast the fearsome bevy of teachers. i kinda feel pwned already, as liqian may say, as simple mathematics would depict, an average of less than 1 week per subject excluding geepee. nia. nevertheless my paper-backed comrades shall accompany me to the depths of the teachers' sadistic clutches and back, unscathed (them at least). a virgin TYS and wads of lecture 'notes'. comrades, indeed.
apologies, i digress.
geepee was enlightening. at least lim ah was. liqian and i managed to engage lim ah, in the annihilation of nicodemus ng. its amusing how she manages to oust us linguistically, even the entire class, with myriads of fancy vocabulary and extensive knowledge, on a periodic basis. it was better that she was on
our side. haha 10 minutes worth of trashtalk, limah style, offloaded on our teafriend. its like a multiplier effect, which kinda reminds me of the movie, pay it forward, where 1 good deed is forwarded into 3 good deeds and 3 into 9 and so on.. it just gets worse and worse. exponentially. haha.
p.e. was enjoyable. the latest craze on volleyball took its toll on 33, as our hearts, emblazened by this sudden passion for the sport, carried us to the all-to-familiar court. good rallies were few and far between, we kinda have trouble going past 11 hits.. perhaps the coming weeks will see an improvement? =)
chem lecture was.. ok chem lecture sucked. we had a survey on the chemistry department this year and i.. okay lets just say i was honest. i din reallie think the lectures were captivating or what.. but i sure gave them my 2 cents worth. then we had a lovely food chem test. my 2nd page was snowwhite and 1st page was full of crap i tink rudy's gonna have a good laugh. 'what are the 2 types of food spoilage?' 'Mouldy tomatoes and fungi-infested prunes'. damn i wish i studied (not that it'd make a difference). maybe i could have crapped my way into passing. =P
ended the day with some jammin in the band room. yihui wuz on drums and some girl was playin the guitar. i took the keyboard. and damn it was fun. 'this is all improvised sh*t' as yh would say haha.
i'm gonna miss days like these.
